💡 Detailed Description
Although it is an older building, this officetel is a rare find near Suwon Station.
It is a 6-minute walk from Suwon Station (based on an adult woman’s walking speed), and there is a bus stop right in front of the house. Convenient access to Gangnam and other metropolitan areas.
The parking lot is not a tower parking system but extends underground to the 4th floor.
Even though it is an older officetel, the unit is more spacious compared to others. A queen-size bed, a Samsung 55-inch TV, and a TV stand fit comfortably. If you don’t have a lot of clothes like I do, you could even fit a sofa.
The flooring was installed by the owner using high-quality wood, and while it shows signs of aging, I personally see this as a merit. I’ve seen other places where they covered old floors with cheap materials, and they didn’t look great. As for wallpaper, as long as you don’t make holes in the walls, you can decorate it however you like.
The built-in refrigerator is present but has stopped working due to age. However, I’ve been managing fine with a small aesthetic mini-fridge.
The lease ends on September 27 next year, and after that, the deposit and rent can be negotiated. I’ve lived here for four years, saved money, and am moving on to better opportunities.
Landlord: Verified identity, has owned the unit since its construction.
Property Registration: No loans or mortgages.
The first tenant, a single woman, lived here for 13 or 14 years before moving out after getting married. The unit was left vacant for sale, but due to COVID-19, the landlord decided to rent it out instead.
Since then, I have been living here for about four years.
A clean property with no mortgage loans.
If you prefer to go through a real estate agent, I can accompany you.
I am moving to Seoul, which is why I am urgently listing this unit.
Most importantly, there is absolutely no noise from upstairs—seriously.
The area has excellent transportation, convenience stores, government offices, banks, and other facilities.
Since this is an older officetel, rent varies by floor and view.
The south-facing unit on this floor has a higher deposit and rent, and listings rarely come up.
